I really hope that people are starting to understand that Amara is an abuser here. Dean obviously does not want her in any way shape or form, but because she is a supernatural being, she knows she has power over him. And she is trying to use that and the logic of that to convince Dean that giving into her is inevitable. The same exact logic that Lucifer used on Sam back in season 5.

Keep that in mind. This isn’t a romance. This is someone making a victim of Dean. Just because it’s a woman doing it to a man doesn’t make it any less scary or toxic.
